Laura Elizabeth (Cuthrell Gleen) Walker

Laura Elizabeth "Libby" (Cuthrell Glenn) Walker age 87, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at Foundation Park in Toledo, Ohio. She was born September 2, 1935, in Mocksville, North Carolina, to the late Vance and Mary (Setzer) Cuthrell.

She was educated at Davie County School. Laura married George E. Glenn for a lovely union of 10 years and Curtis W. Walker for a lovely union of 16 years. She worked at Fostoria Industries for 12 years as a painter/welder, before she retired due to health issues.

Laura lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures like coffee, chatting, playing cards, bowling, and traveling. She also loved to take care of children.

She is predeceased in death by her parents; both husbands; and her siblings, Josie Moultrie, Mary Epps, and Vance, Joe Frank, Roosevelt and Sylvester Cuthrell; and stepson, Keith Walker.

Laura is survived by her daughter, Lois M. Reed; step-daughters, Tanya, Paula, and Christina Walker; brother, Nathaniel Cuthrell; grandchildren, Thomas (Crystal), Tasha, and Tyson Sr. (Michelle) Reed; great grandchildren, Tre', Latavia, Kalin, Robert Jr., Tyson Jr., Tavis, Anyila, and Avondre.
