Mary "Jo" Harmon, age 70, of Toledo, passed away June 10, 2023 at University of Toledo Medical Center. Jo was born August 26, 1952 in Toledo to Myles and Mary (Mandler) Harmon. She was employed as a Professor for more than 30 years retiring in 2016. She was a gifted poet, writer and artist.
In addition to her parents, Jo was also preceded in death by her sister, Alyce Lutomski. She is survived by her sister, Jeannne Harmon; brother, Thomas Harmon; brother-in-law, Chuck Lutomski; fur babies, Grace, Phil, Mandrake, Nigel; and a host of family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to Foundation Park, Toledo Humane Society, or University of Toledo English Dept. in Mary's memory.
