Ronald Joseph Cousino Sr.

Ronald Joseph Cousino Sr. passed away in his home with his loving wife Paulene Idele by his side on Monday, January 17th 2022.

Ron was born on July 8th 1954, in Toledo Ohio to his parents, Reynold and Juanita Cousino. After high school, he followed his passion with working as a Tradesman. Anything from paining to repairing Ron was a truly a "Jack of all Trades". He took a job at the University of Toledo working hard everyday to take care of his family and retired after 30 years.

He married Paulene Idele Bird on June 26th 1983 and together they raised two sons, Ronald Joseph Cousino Jr. and Thomas Eric Bird. One of the many things Ron loved to do was to be in the outdoors. Playing golf with his boys or fishing with the "Grands" he enjoyed every minute of this. Ron was also a man of character, a true "Good Samaritan" If you needed anything at all, he would give it without a second thought and expect nothing in return.

Ron is survived by his wife, Paulene; children, Ronald Jr. and Thomas (Amy); grandchildren, Ronald III, Anjel, Nickolas, Jayden, Caiden, Madasyn, Mason, Morgan; great-grandchildren, Lukas. He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will hold a service on Sunday January 30th 2022 from 11am-2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Chapel 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo Ohio 46314.
