Darlene Rae Swanson, age 76, of Toledo, passed away December 28, 2021 at her home. She was born September 27, 1945 in Toledo, OH to Raymond and Bernice (Tilly) Sherman.
In addition to her parents, Darlene was also preceded in death by her sister, Suzanne Sherman. Darlene is survived by her husband, Roy C. Swanson; sons, Steve (Wende) Swanson and Kevin Swanson; grandson, Sayler Daudelin and brother, Raymond Sherman.
The family will receive guests, Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Graveside services will be held Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. Entombment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Darlene's memory.
