Jeffery Charles Arthur Abel, age 51, resident of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021, at St. Vincent's Mercy Hospital in Toledo. He was born on June 16, 1969, in Trenton, Michigan, to Clarence Owen and Carolyn May (Raker) Abel.
Jeffery was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Samaria, Michigan and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Those left to forever cherish his memory are his daughter, Crystal Abel and her son, Mason and unborn daughter; father, Clarence Abel; sister, Elizabeth (Mike) Ewing; cousin, Kent Abel; brother-in-law, Tim Grady; girlfriend, Jacqualyn Belleville and her children, Erik, Eddie, Wyatt, and Zoey; nieces, Courtney, LaShelle, and Sarah; nephews, Justin and Andrew; several great nieces and nephews and cousins.
Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn May Abel; sister, Jennifer Grady; and his grandparents, Leonard and Irene Abel, Arthur and Agnes Collins, and Eugene Montz.
The family would like to thank the nurses, doctors, and Chaplin at St. Vincent's ICU, who were involved in Jeff's care.
