Michelle T.(Fay) Czerniejewski, age 37, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2020. Michelle was born October 4, 1982 in Toledo Ohio to Mark Fay and Mary Ann Welch. Michelle had an extreme love for animals and loved walking her dogs with her husband.
She is survived by her husband, Mel Czerniejewski, father, Mark Fay, mother Mary Ann (step father Lee) Olson, brother, Jon Fay, grandfather Travis (Sherry ) Welch, mother in-law, Linda Czerniejewski, brother in- laws, Tom (Trellis) Czerniejewski, Frank (Loriann) Czerniejewski, sister in- law, Heidi (Brent) Parquette, nieces, Sarah, Katie and Kendall; nephews, Trey, Cameron and Lucas. Also survived by her beloved fur babies, Merle, Tosh, Hera, Daisy, Kiki & Oscar.
She is preceded in death by grandparents Nancy Welch, Richard and Bernice Fay.
In accordance with Michelle's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lucas County K-9 (LC4) In Michelle's memory.
