Judith M. Boone

Judith "Judie" M. Boone, age 73, of Holland, OH passed away peacefully May 17, 2019 with her loving family by her side. She was born August 1, 1945 in Toledo to James and Margaret (Perry) Neal. Judie was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary American Legion Post 646 in Holland, Ohio for many years.

Judie is survived by her daughter, Wanda (Charlie) Haley; son, Billy (Annette) Boone, Jr.; grandchildren, R.J. (Kyla) Haley, Bethany (Anthony) Fox and Bryton (Sara) Boone; great-grandchildren, Noah Fox and Easton Fox; brothers, James Neal and Charles (Debra) Neal; sisters-in-law, Reba Boruff and Terri (Rick) Rudd; and many close family and friends. In addition to her parents, Judie was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Boone, Sr., and sisters, Elizabeth Ropp, Beverly Berndt and Virginia Solly.

The family will receive guests Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900) where members of the American Legion Post 606 Ladies Auxiliary will have a service at 7:00 p.m.. Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Springfield Township Cemetery.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to all of Judie's loving caregivers who helped her through her difficult illness.
