Ivory Lofton, age 85, of Toledo, passed away January 2, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. She was born February 19, 1932 in Toledo to Hardy and Eula Kade.
Ivory is survived by her children, Viola Lofton, Betty (Vincent) Copeland, Bennie Lofton, Ivory Lofton, James (Cyrilene) Lofton, Elouise Rease, Joseph Lofton, David Lofton, Eddie (Tiffany) Lofton, Johnny Lofton, Tina (Brundell) Taylor and Sandy Lofton; grandchildren, Latrise, Latrina, Kenneth Jr, Vincent, Lindsay, Sarah, Yvetta, Catina, Danika, Sanita, Eddie Jr, Cherrelle, Ebony, Aja, Sharlisa, David, Deshawn, David, Denzel, Dadjeon, Justin, Jordan, Johnny Jr, Tiffany, Lamar, Shaniqua, Isaiah, Jonathan, Shaina, Gregory, Danny and Precious; and many great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents, Ivory was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Lofton; son, Kenneth Lofton; grandson, William Lofton; siblings, Earl Smith, Ralph Kade, Fletcher Kade and Mary Alice Kendrix.
The family will receive guests Sunday, January 7, 2018 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Monday at 11:00 am at First Church of God, 3016 Collingwood Blvd, Toledo, Ohio 43610 Burial will follow at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
