Antonia M. Leach

Antonia M. "Toni" Leach, age 78, of Toledo, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Arbors in Sylvania with her son by her side. She was born on June 29, 1938 to Charles and Josephine M. (Muni) Amato in Toledo. Toni was a graduate of Woodward High School. She worked for many years in various title agencies in the Toledo area including Louisville Title, Chicago Title and Brown-Pontiac. Toni enjoyed her trips to the casinos in Detroit, playing poker with her friends and keeping the bingo halls in business.

Preceding her in death are her parents; her beloved son, Kenneth "Kenny" Leach; sisters, Marie and Bea; infant brother, William and brother in law, Bob Varwig. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Russell (Chris) Leach; grandchildren, Kenny and Kyle Leach; great-grandson, Travis; brother, William "Bill" Amato; many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive guests on Monday, June 12, 2017 from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Her funeral service will begin in the funeral home on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Fr. James Auth officiating.
