Charles P. Straka, age 50, of Toledo, Ohio passed away March 21, 2017. Chuck was born June 3, 1966 to the late Charles and Diane Straka.
Chuck was survived by his loving son, Michael Straka; uncle, Richard (Margie) Straka; aunt, Shirley (Robert) Myers; many loving cousins and cherished friends.
Chuck enjoyed collecting pinball machines, watching classic game shows, and spending time with his son, Michael, as well as traveling and spending time with his family. He graduated from Start High School in 1984. Chuck was a devoted member of the Damascus/Collingwood Masonic Lodge where he served as Tyler for many years. He was also a member of Liberty Center Masonic Lodge No. 518, Order of Amaranth Temple Court No. 8, West Toledo High Twelve Club No. 165 and an honorary member of the Fortitude Masonic Lodge located in Lagrange, Kentucky.
The family will be receiving guests Friday, March 31, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Services will begin Friday at 12:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
